Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati City is seeking a Corporate Finance Advisory Analyst to join a dynamic investment team focused on growth-stage opportunities in consumer and business services. This role is ideal for candidates with strong transaction advisory or deal experience who want to transition into private equity and play a key role in evaluating and executing investments.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Advisory, or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel).
• Solid understanding of financial statements and how they drive business value.
• Experience in due diligence and deal execution is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment process, from deal sourcing to execution
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess investment opportunities
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends and growth drivers
• Assist in screening and evaluating potential deals
• Coordinate and help manage due diligence processes across financial and commercial workstreams
• Work closely with external advisors (legal, financial, commercial) during transactions
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal decision-making
• Support negotiations of key commercial terms and transaction structures
