Scrubbed is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager in the Philippines (Hybrid, day shift) to oversee multiple engagements and a team of supervisors. The role involves leading project delivery, resolving complex accounting issues, and mentoring staff while ensuring adherence to IFRS and US GAAP.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager/Director to drive client service excellence, staff development, and firm growth, maintaining integrity and professional standards across all activities.

Formación

• 5+ years of audit experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple project delivery teams and manage client engagements.
• Identify and resolve accounting and technical issues affecting engagements.
• Stay updated on technical accounting developments and issues.
• Demonstrate leadership; mentor and develop staff.
• Determine staffing needs and plan engagement schedules.
• Review work papers to ensure quality and standards.
• Delegate tasks to supervisors based on skills and development needs.
• Research complex accounting issues and prepare memorandums to support solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development.
