You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth and maintain the firm’s standards and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising supervisors, resolving complex accounting issues, and contributing to training and practice

• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project delivery teams and manage client engagements.
• Identify and resolve accounting and technical issues affecting engagements.
• Supervise Supervisors and staff, mentoring their growth.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to professional standards.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and engagement economics.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in business development.
• Stay updated on IFRS and U.S. GAAP developments.
