Job summary

Connext is seeking a Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and corporate roles. You will source, assess, and coordinate with hiring teams to fill roles efficiently while upholding a compliant, structured hiring process.

You will work on a hybrid schedule, with a Tuesday to Saturday shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including overtime and night differentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience creating sourcing strategies, using recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on site and on flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather requirements, define candidate profiles, and update job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and regulations.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives as needed.
