Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and corporate roles, working with a client in the United States.

The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applicants, and coordinating interview processes while ensuring compliance and accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in both technical and non-technical domains.
• Experience using HRIS tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, infrastructure) and corporate roles (e.g., HR, finance, operations, marketing).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather job requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives as needed.

The Technical and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for both technical and corporate functions.
