Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Tax Admin Support on a 12-month project-based contract with a hybrid work setup in Makati. The role requires a accounting degree and 1–2 years of tax experience, handling BIR submissions and related tax duties.

Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success. The candidate will verify invoices, reconcile with the GL, and ensure timely eFPS tax filing, alpha lists, and other BIR compliance tasks while maintaining organized tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of tax experience.
• Experience in tax filing, tax reconciliation and BIR submissions.
• Proficient in English and able to work in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Vouch invoices for completeness, accuracy and documentation.
• Match invoices with the General Ledger (GL) listing.
• Summarize documents and confirm completeness per checklists.
• Reconcile GL records with BIR requirements and supporting docs.
• Prepare and file tax returns via eFPS in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit BIR alpha list requirements.
• Handle other BIR submissions and compliance tasks.
• Maintain organized tax documents and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents and clarifications.
