Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Tax Administrator to manage end-to-end tax return filing, client documentation, and compliance reporting from a hybrid setup in the Philippines.

You'll monitor tax inboxes, run e-signature workflows, update client records in the CRM, and produce weekly billing and tax reports. The role requires 3+ years in tax administration and a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field; work hours align with NZ/PH time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tax administration, accounting support, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Business Administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Admin & Tax inbox daily to file tax returns, update the status of returns, and forward emails to staff.
• Run the e-signature process and obtain client signatures daily.
• File signed tax returns and upload audit reports.
• Collate returns and file them in the CRM system.
• Update client databases daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
