Job summary

Our Clients in Makati is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships for events, understand requirements, and identify opportunities for repeat business.

You will serve as the main client contact throughout the event lifecycle, coordinating with creative and production teams to develop proposals, budgets, and execution plans while monitoring timelines and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, event management, experiential marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage different client personalities and requirements.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering exceptional client and event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their event requirements, and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Serve as the main client contact throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication from initial briefing through event completion.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to develop event concepts, proposals, budgets, and detailed execution plans based on client objectives.
• Monitor event timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client requirements to ensure projects are executed smoothly and within agreed expectations.
• Gather client feedback after events, assess project results, and recommend improvements to strengthen client satisfaction and future engagements.
