Job summary

North Bay Regional Center in California is seeking a Social Services Case Manager to join our team of Service Coordinators. You will manage the delivery of services to NBRC clients, including those with intensive physical or emotional needs, ensuring the client’s Individual Program Plan and its objectives are pursued.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to developmental disabilities; Master’s Degree preferred; 3 years of experience; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to developmental disabilities (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, Nursing) is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish to English) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of services to NBRC clients, including those with intensive physical or emotional needs.
• Ensure client’s Individual Program Plan and objectives are pursued.
• Monitor and evaluate services and reassess clients as needed with the interdisciplinary team.
