Job summary

ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to assist with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and advancing innovative treatments.

Based remotely in Mexico, you will support regulatory readiness, monitor trial activities, manage study documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and CROs as part of a global operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field or equivalent international degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, clinical research organization, or related role.
• Experience with Phase 2 and 3 studies and global/international studies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of global/regional regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day clinical study activities, including regulatory inspection readiness, under supervision.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations/Study Manager, study teams, and CROs to support activities.
• Support regulatory inspection readiness (e.g., SOP lists).
• Assist with study systems (CTMS/TMF) and vendor contract activities.
• Support study close-out activities and financial reconciliation.
