Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an SEO Analyst to own SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO initiatives. You will build performance dashboards, automate reporting, and drive conversion rate optimisation across channels and funnels. The role is hybrid with day shifts, based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines.

You will work with marketing and data teams to turn insights into tests and automation, aiming to improve organic visibility and conversion metrics while collaborating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and the full funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces.
• Define and manage test roadmaps with hypotheses, variables and success metrics.
• Automate reporting, data pulls and distribution to surface variance.
• Present findings clearly to marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data team and external partners on clean inputs.
