Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting & Procurement Specialist to support monthly close, accounts payable, and procure-to-pay processes.

You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliant procurement activities. The role combines accounting operations with procurement duties, requiring strong US GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle end-to-end P2P workflows in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Solid procurement and purchasing background.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process-improvement skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to support monthly close.
• Assist in financial reports and fluctuation analyses.
• Process day-to-day accounts payable and invoice payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit support.
• Assist with tax PBC requests and audit requirements.
• Support P2P lifecycle activities and vendor communications.
• Maintain vendor master data and procurement records.
• Contribute to contract administration and process improvements.
• Assist with procurement month-end close and NetSuite uploads.
