Job summary

Continental Manila is seeking a Business Partner Due Diligence Operations Analyst to support Corporate Compliance and Export Control & Sanctions with operational tasks of the BP Due Diligence process.

The role covers false positive clearing, data entry into the KYBP tool, tracking mitigation measures, sample checks, and IT support to ensure accurate, compliant business partner information across international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, IT, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Compliance, Sanctions, Export Control, and Labor/Human Rights.
2–4 years in Compliance and Export Control.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and IT systems.
Proficiency with Office 365 and Excel.
Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

False Positive clearing for sanctions, adverse media, UBO, internet research, and continuous screening.
Enter BP information into the KYBP tool and correct data as needed.
Track post-completion mitigation measures and ensure compliance.
Perform sample checks and coordinate with Corporate Compliance and Export Control.
Provide IT support and handle user access and tickets when needed.
