Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Taguig, hybrid setup, seeks a Certified Salesforce (SAP) Developer and Business Systems Analyst to support, administer, and enhance ERP and finance platforms, aligning systems with business needs.

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, manage incidents and changes per ITIL, deliver system improvements, and ensure data integrity through documentation and robust workflows.

Qualifications

• Knows how to code in APEX
• Comfortable with system administration, configuration changes, updates, application environment refresh etc.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP.
• Experience supporting finance systems and processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting).
• Exposure to CRM platforms.
• Understanding and practical application of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in system integrations and data workflows desirable.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and effective support of Business systems.
• Timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
