Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• CRM Production Support (80%): manage tickets and production incidents, investigate defects, coordinate with developers, monitor SLAs, and support releases.
• Business Analysis & Testing (20%): gather requirements, write acceptance criteria, develop and execute test cases, coordinate UAT.
