Mojiko Trading and Services Corporation is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate in a hybrid setup in Makati. Fresh graduates are welcome. You will develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support marketing initiatives to drive growth.

Role requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office, with strong English and Filipino communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Expect fieldwork, client visits, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial, Marketing, Mechanical, Customs Admin or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals, process orders, and perform other sales/marketing-related functions.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and site inspections as necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including promotions and events.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain the business's strategic plans.
