Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical delivery initiatives in SaaS/IT or professional services.
• Familiarity with data imports, mappings and validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support data preparation, validation, and platform configuration for projects.
• Assist with integration setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project and technical documentation.
• Monitor and report risks, defects, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers to deliver client projects.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and updates to stakeholders.
• Follow established standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
