Job summary

GHD Group is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler in the Philippines to join a global team of architects, engineers, and environmental scientists. You will draft, design and model across all project stages, delivering high-quality MEP designs while adhering to budget and timelines.

Responsibilities include BIM management, maintaining design standards for all discipline models, and coordinating with central models.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting
• Proficient in drawing production for MEP using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experience on projects like apartments, office buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Revit, BIM360 and related tools, and knowledge of international design standards (USA/UK/UAE)

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and model across all project stages from concept to documentation
• Deliver high-quality MEP design within scope, time and budget
• Assist the design team by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain standards and guidelines for discipline models and central model interactions
