Job summary

GHD in the Philippines is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler to join our multidisciplinary team across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will model and draft using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and related tools, delivering compliant MEP drawings and BIM assets to project teams.

You will collaborate on design development, coordinate with engineers and architects, and support BIM management and standards across USA, UK, and UAE design references.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience (as implied by the listing).
• Strong drafting and modelling capabilities across project stages.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and modelling across all stages of the project including concept, schematic, design development and contract documentation.
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time, and budget.
• Assist BIM management plan development for projects.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for all discipline models and their interaction with central models.
