Job summary

GHD in the Philippines is seeking an experienced MEPF Revit Modeler to deliver drafting, design and modelling across all project stages. The role focuses on high quality MEP design within schedule and budget, supporting BIM management plans and model standards.

The candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP, with Navisworks a plus, and be comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Manila vicinity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP design.
• Proficient in drawing production for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages from concept to contract documentation.
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model.
