Job summary

GHD is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler in the Philippines to draft, design and model across all project stages, ensuring high-quality MEP designs within budget and schedule. You will support BIM management and maintain model standards, collaborating with the team on apartments, offices, hotels, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM360 is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with base in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Proficient in drawing production of MEP services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Experience on projects such as apartments, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages (concept to construction).
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for all models with respect to LOD and central model interaction.
