Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP design and drafting.
• Experience across apartments, commercial offices, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals and industrial facilities.
• Proficient in drawing production using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Navisworks experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages including concept, schematic, design development and documentation.
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist BIM management by implementing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain modeling standards and interaction with the central model.
