Job summary

Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance-focused professional to support revenue and investments accounting, validation, and control processes.

You will handle fee calculations, invoicing, settlements, BSS, and management reporting, while supporting asset management and audit requests. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance-related field with Accounting courses.
• Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis of financial data in Financial Services, Audit or BPO beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review finance and accounting processes including revenue and investments such as Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement.
• Handle analysis and investigations for Balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS) and Flash processes.
• Manage Management reporting and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests.
• Support delivery of project requirements.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with peers to meet deadlines.
