Job summary

Deutsche Bank’s DWS division in Manila is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to support revenue and investments, including fee calculation, invoicing and balance sheet substantiation. You will contribute to management reporting, assist audits, and help deliver project needs while leveraging Excel, SAP knowledge and AI productivity tools.

A hybrid work arrangement with training and career progression is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis of financial data gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial.
• Combined analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity on AI-assisted productivity tools i.e. MS Copilot

Responsibilities

• Perform and review finance and accounting processes specifically on revenue and investments including but not limited to Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement.
• Handle analysis, commentaries, investigations required for the Balance Sheet Substantiation process (BSS) and Flash process.
• Handle Management reporting process and other ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests
• Support delivery of Project requirements
• Handle, resolve operational issues and concerns, and manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Partner with peers to ensure all deadlines are met within acceptable timelines
