Job summary

DWS is seeking a finance professional to join the Revenue and Investments team in a role supporting validation, control and fee calculation activities. You will contribute to sub-ledger accuracy, reporting, and audit support while collaborating with asset management stakeholders.

The position offers a hybrid work model, ongoing training, and opportunities to impact financial processes across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance-related field with accounting courses.
Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis in Financial Services, Audit, or BPO is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team player who can work independently.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ethical use of data.

Responsibilities

Perform and review finance and accounting processes including Revenue, Fee calculation, Booking, Invoicing and settlement.
Handle analysis for Balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS) and Flash processes.
Manage Management reporting and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Provide support for internal and external audit requests.
Support delivery of project requirements.
Handle and resolve operational issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with peers to meet deadlines within timelines.
