Job summary

DWS in Manila seeks a Finance professional to support Revenue and Investments processes, including fee calculations, bookings, invoicing, and BSS. You will ensure accurate reporting and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance-related field with accounting courses.
• Experience in financial and management reporting or analysis in financial services, audit or BPO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; proficient Excel skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and ensure responsible use of data.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review finance and accounting processes on revenue and investments (fee calculation, booking, invoicing, settlement).
• Handle Balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS) and Flash analysis and reporting.
• Support management reporting and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Assist with project requirements and stakeholder communications.
• Resolve operational issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with peers to meet deadlines within timelines.
