NCC Group is seeking a Research Operations Manager in Manila to oversee publication workflows, content quality, and collaboration governance. You will coordinate research articles, manage CMS updates, and track disclosures with global teams to ensure timely, accurate outputs.

You will drive process improvements, maintain inventories for annual reporting, and support academic partnerships while coordinating across time zones and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Operational coordination experience in research, content, or publishing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with detailed records and progress tracking.
• Experience using SharePoint, Jira, wiki platforms and CMS for publication workflows.
• Ability to review content for accuracy, naming consistency and publication readiness.
• Strong communication and status update skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organisational and proactive mindset with跨 time zone collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staging and publication of research articles, ensure formatting and naming consistency.
• Update and fix content in CMS to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Track vulnerabilities disclosed to vendors and monitor status, actions, and dates.
• Maintain master lists feeding into the Annual Research Report.
• Update collaboration spaces like SharePoint, Jira, and internal wikis with policies and templates.
• Support administration of academic collaborations, documenting actions and deliverables.
• Capture and track commercial research activity for leadership visibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency.
