Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is seeking a Marketing & Communications Operations Manager to oversee delivery of campaigns and coordinate suppliers, systems and budgets from its Manila office. The role requires strong project management, brand consistency and data privacy awareness, with work in a hybrid setup and overlaps with UK hours.

Formación

• Substantial experience in marketing and communications operations at manager level.
• Experience coordinating complex workplans with external suppliers and budgets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to coordinate across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Build delivery plans and track deadlines, dependencies and risks across campaigns.
• Improve workflows and coordinate content from briefing to publication and reuse, maintaining brand, editorial, accessibility and data privacy standards.
• Brief and coordinate suppliers, track budgets and purchase orders, and bring together costings for proposals.
• Support website, email and social publishing, and manage shared inboxes, asset libraries and the team's SharePoint site.
• Bring together performance results and maintain clear records and reporting routines that support decisions and audit readiness.
