The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with SQL and Python, and familiarity with SAP. Hybrid work in Makati with a mid-shift schedule offers opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; VBA knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, dashboard creation, and other digital reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and cube-based reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven with strong project management and continuous improvement mindset.
• Amenable to hybrid setup in Makati (Ayala Avenue) and mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Support management reporting activities to drive business performance.
• Execute daily and monthly financial operations and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical and operational support to business stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Extract, consolidate, validate, and generate financial and operational reports.
• Support cross-functional reporting requirements and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
