Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Reporting Analyst in the Philippines to transform financial data into actionable insights. The role supports management reporting, data accuracy, and automation efforts, collaborating with finance and business teams in a hybrid setup from Ayala Avenue, Makati.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, with strong Excel/VBA, Power BI, SQL, Python, and SAP experience to drive performance and continuous improvement across the reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related Management discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; VBA knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, dashboard creation, and other digital reporting tools
• Familiarity with SAP and cube-based reporting
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support stakeholders effectively.
• Customer-focused and results-driven, with strong project management capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset
• Amenable to working in a hybrid setup and on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) based in Ayala Avenue, Makati

Responsibilities

• Support management reporting activities to drive business performance.
• Execute daily and monthly financial operations and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical and operational support to business stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Extract, consolidate, validate, and generate financial and operational reports.
• Support cross-functional reporting requirements and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
