Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control within the reinsurance sector.

• Strong engagement, influencing, and negotiation with clients, market contacts, and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the issuance of statements, collection of receivables, and payment of payables to ensure timely recovery of outstanding fiduciary balances.
• Manage personal cash processing and fiduciary targets, utilizing KPIs to monitor accounts with advanced complexity and facilitate reporting through the CSS Dashboard and other system tools.
• Manage assigned portfolio of Market/Client accounts, meeting deadlines and time-sensitive activities (cash allocation, brokerage and billing collections, fiduciary exposures) within parameters.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with Market/Client contacts to resolve complex payment and collection issues efficiently.
• Analyze detailed collection and remittance data to support RFP processes and identify sales opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to gather input for evolving the operational model at advanced organizational levels, driving process improvements via technology solutions.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets to understand challenges and contribute to business growth.
• Facilitate strategic team meetings and knowledge sharing to drive continuous development.
