Guy Carpenter in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Treaty Technical Account for Client Support Services. This hybrid role requires presence in the office at least three days a week and offers end-to-end responsibility for a client portfolio within a global organization.

You will lead communications with clients and reinsurers, ensure timely statements, support SLAs and audits, and collaborate with brokers to grow business.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Treaty technical accounts (>5 years) in reinsurance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior reinsurance experience in Treaty Reinsurance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and reinsurer communications to resolve complex questions and secure timely statements.
• Meet KPIs and use system tools to manage transactions and SLAs.
• Support broking team on CSS SLAs for RFPs to drive growth.
• Check SOAs are processed timely and remind cedants to submit SOAs.
• Support reinsurance audits and reconcile premiums with cedant SOAs.
• Build strong relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets.
