Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan.
• Direct, manage, monitor, and control project activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure and detailed Gantt chart.
• Identify, analyze and respond to project risks with a risk management plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and supervisors to refine scope and secure approvals.
