Insight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators and to shape governance, ensuring cross-functional collaboration for successful delivery. The role is hybrid and based in Pasig, Philippines, offering growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will drive resource optimization, KPI alignment, and risk management while mentoring team members and reporting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of overall professional experience.
• 3-5 years of people management and/or leadership experience is a must.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered preferred but not required.
• Experience within IT or technology environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Coordinators, providing direction, coaching, and performance support.
• Establish and maintain project management governance, ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization to support effective project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive achievement of KPIs and alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership in project planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic decision-making through reporting, performance analysis, and operational insights.
