Job summary

Point is seeking an Operations Analyst to act as an analytics partner for the Operations team, delivering data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions. You will monitor function-level output, error-rate, and SLA attainment, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for the team and company objectives.

The role requires building dashboards, collaborating across functions, and using SQL and Sigma to elevate data-driven insights into action while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics roles — ideally 1–3 years.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Sigma).
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations for Operations stakeholders.
• Collaborative with strong communication skills and senior leadership.
• Attention to data quality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards tracking operations performance trends and progress towards goals.
• Support operations leadership on projects using data to inform plans and measure outcomes.
• Apply quantitative analysis to identify and drive operational improvements.
