Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to turn data into actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, perform data mining, and develop BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Operations, WFM, and CE teams to optimize processes, maintain BI platforms, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in data analysis, BI, or a BPO operations environment.
• Relational databases: Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery; MS Office and G Suite proficiency.

You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, perform data mining, and conduct analysis to optimize business processes. You will also develop BI reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Report & Dashboard Development: Build engaging visualizations and tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets) to simplify complex data stories.
• System Maintenance: Maintain BI platforms and tools; conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders (Operations, WFM, CE) to understand requirements and implement improvements.
• Data Storytelling: Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to drive operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in data analysis, BI, or a BPO operations environment.
• Technical Skills: relational databases (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery), and data modeling. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and G Suite is essential.
• Communication: B2 oral and written English proficiency; strong ability to explain complex concepts.
• Soft Skills: Intellectually curious, self-driven, excellent problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
