Job summary

Dialpad is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Pasig, Philippines, hybrid role. You will be the first line of defense for onboarding, supporting and troubleshooting product implementations, and helping customers achieve objectives with our AI-powered suite.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to optimize deployments, guide customers through portal setup, and address onboarding challenges. We value curiosity, scrappiness, optimism, persistence, and empathy in our team.

Qualifications

2–3 years in Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, and Account Management.
At least 1 year configuring and supporting VOIP solutions.
Experience with chat and handling multiple windows is preferred.
Excellent English communication and strong customer focus.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding deployment for new customers and products purchased.
Host end-user and admin training sessions for customers on Dialpad products and change management.
Provide detailed walkthroughs and train new customers with implementation and portal setup.
Deliver quality onboarding in a timely manner by analyzing needs and resolving issues.
Drive customers to implement best practices.
Communicate product configuration setup requirements and expectations clearly.
Serve as the customer's escalation point for onboarding-related issues.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
