Job summary

empleyado, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City for a hybrid role with Monday to Friday work. You will lead implementation projects, provide technical support, align client requirements with project goals, and drive timely system deployments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding or implementation, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to manage timelines while coordinating with cross-functional IT teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to associates.
• Coordinate with team to resolve issues within required timeframe and recommend policy changes for implementation.
• Monitor requests and provide coaching to staff and senior managers as needed.
• Evaluate management information reports and support achievement of team objectives.
• Establish client configuration requirements and collaborate with system integration teams.
• Provide client training and ensure efficient system implementation.
• Develop processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and interface with marketing and technical teams.
• Maintain project plans and ensure adherence to timeframes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
