Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or prior experience in client onboarding.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools.
• Able to make effective, accurate decisions with team support.

Responsibilities

• Support New Business Intake (NBI) processes for Partners and offices.
• Review new client/matter information and check for conflicts; ensure standard terms.
• Conduct online investigations using databases and public sources to identify risks.
• Decide on conflicts’ existence and clearance with Partners and offices.
• Review engagement letters for compliance with guidelines; ensure terms are applied.
