Job summary

Comcast is seeking a network engineering professional in Pasig, Philippines, to support activations and migrations across SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN. You will configure routing protocols and collaborate with carriers to ensure reliable connectivity in a hybrid work setup at the GLAS Tower, Ortigas Pasig City.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience with routing, cloud services, and network security tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; relevant work experience considered.
5–7 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with network activations and migrations.
Proficient with routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP).
Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and virtual appliances.

Responsibilities

Perform network activations for Comcast customers following standard procedures.
Support migrations to the Comcast network across SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) for optimal performance.
Establish BGP peerings and design routing policies for public internet presence.
Collaborate with carriers to resolve internet circuit issues and ensure connectivity.
Activate cloud services (Azure/AWS) for hybrid deployments and manage FortiGate/Other VMs.
Provide data-side network expertise and ensure smooth handoffs to customer environments.
Maintain documentation and tickets with activation notes and troubleshooting steps.
Continuously develop technical skills; NSE4/NSE7/CCNA/CCNP encouraged.
