Job summary

GHD in the Philippines is seeking a skilled MEPF Revit Modeler to join our global team of engineers and designers. You will draft, design and model across all project stages, delivering high-quality MEP design within scope and schedule.

Ideal candidates have about 3 years of relevant experience and are proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM360, with familiarity of US/UK/UAE standards. Hybrid work arrangement in Makati/Cebu/Quezon City based on home base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP design experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Proficient in drafting and modelling using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM360 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and model across all project stages including concept through documentation.
• Deliver high-quality MEP design within project scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist BIM management by implementing BIM plans on projects.
• Maintain discipline model standards and ODI/Lod interactions with central model.

Who are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for MEPF Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team:

• 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Cebu, or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
