Job summary

GHD in the Philippines is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler to join a team delivering MEP design across projects such as apartments, offices, hotels and hospitals. The role focuses on drafting, modeling, and BIM coordination using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP, with emphasis on quality and standards.

The position offers a hybrid arrangement (office and home) and is based in Cebu or Makati/Quezon City locations depending on home base. Filipino citizens or eligible to work are welcomed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Proficient in drawing production of MEP using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Experience on projects such as apartments, offices, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals and industrial facilities.
• Navisworks experience preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM360 and related tools.
• Proficient in drawing production using Philippine and international design standards (USA/UK/UAE).

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages (concept to documentation).
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time and budget.
• Assist the design team by completing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for all discipline models and the central model.
