Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig is seeking a Medical Records Administrator to manage and organize patient records in a healthcare setting, ensuring secure, confidential documentation and proper storage.

You will coordinate transfers between facilities, access and update records using healthcare software, and verify accuracy of patient information with strong attention to detail.

The role is hybrid with six weeks of onsite training and ongoing on-site presence twice a month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from BS Nursing or allied healthcare degree.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with healthcare data management.
• Proficiency with computers and software.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of medical software and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure system for storage and retrieval of medical records.
