Job summary

Thomson Reuters Philippines is seeking an Associate Content Specialist to join the Primary Law Content Operations team. The role focuses on training, data preparation for publishing, and collaborative work across the organization in a content operations context.

You will participate in production/editorial tasks, learn various systems, and support the team to meet publishing deadlines while developing content delivery skills.

Qualifications

• 0 - Less then 12 Months Experience
• Familiarity of legal terminology and court, legislative, and regulatory levels are desirable.
• Education / Certifications (Specific degrees and/or certifications required or preferred): Any Graduate
• Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills, including composition/grammar, vocabulary, spelling and punctuation skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Strong learning agility. Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work.
• Technical aptitude for computer applications and systems such as word processing and file management applications
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment

Responsibilities

• Production/Editorial/Support: Analyze, key, convert, code, copyread, edit, merge, render, load, or validate data.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness to support publishing goals.
• Work with various systems, databases and applications to deliver quality products.
• Participate in team meetings, prioritize own work and engage in performance processes.
• Contribute to smooth process migrations and learn existing practices.
