Thomson Reuters is seeking a Content Specialist for Operations Content. The role supports Editorial and Content Operations teams in creating, preparing, and delivering content across print and electronic media to enable product functionality.

The position emphasizes publishing, quality control, and collaboration with teams to meet deadlines. It requires a Bachelor's degree, strong English skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English language skills including vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Familiarity with personal computers and multiple software packages, including word processing and file management.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused with multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities in a team setting.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Willingness to work on any shift and shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Publishing duties: analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or data validation.
• Support team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
• Quality Control: ensure accuracy and completeness of work; process knowledge develops with time.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, prioritize work, participate in performance reviews.
• Content acquisition: manuscript/content analysis, coding, editing, proofreading, copy reading, quality control and verification.
