The Content Author at Thomson Reuters Philippines joins the content team to transform source material into clear, customer-facing content. You will manage the full production process, including coding and validation, under guidance from senior colleagues.

This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on writing, quality checks, and growing proficiency in AEM, DITA, and CCMS as you take on broader responsibilities over time.

• Read source material from multiple places and produce clear content.
• Handle content production tasks in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): coding, copyreading, merging, and formatting.
• Turn complex material into easy-to-understand content for customers.
• Own content accuracy and meet deadlines with peers.
• Review content across formats and suggest process improvements.
• Learn product knowledge and grow into broader responsibilities.
