Responsibilities

• Assist L2 Application Support team members with complex inquiries.
• Perform minor code changes to ensure platform stability.
• Respond to technical questions from clients and merchants.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
• Prepare and submit incident or service reports.
• Maintain an understanding of Paynamics products to improve operations.
