Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator in Manila focused on Service Desk operations and customer support. You will handle Microsoft 365, Windows, and network issues while assisting with infrastructure administration and cybersecurity initiatives.

You will be the primary contact for managed services customers, ensuring timely ticket handling, SLA adherence, and high-quality service delivery in a growing international MSP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, or MSP environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls and log tickets.
• Be the first point of contact for service requests and incidents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage ticket progress.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1–2 issues and escalate when needed.
• Support Microsoft 365 and on-prem infrastructure tasks.
• Assist with patch management, backups, and security practices.
