Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Production Support.
• Familiarity with incident, request, and change management processes.
• Experience using Jira or ServiceNow for ticketing.
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments.
• Handle service requests such as access, restarts, data refresh, and batch monitoring.
• Execute runbook-based activities and perform health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.
