Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking an Investment Operations Manager in Quezon City for a hybrid setup. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee risk assessments, and lead a growing team within a major insurance organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA/CIA is a plus, and 5–8 years as an operations manager in insurance with transformation/change management experience. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
• 5–8 years as operations manager in an insurance company.
• 5–8 years of transformation and change management experience.
• Amenable to hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives to deliver scalable, transparent operations.
• Validate risk heat maps and other risk assessments.
• Develop risk assessments and audit approaches for information services/IT.
• Oversee annual business planning and unit goal setting.
• Manage a growing team including hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance.
